Camp
I recently came back from camp and had the most amazing time. I was there for three days and two nights and can honestly say that I had one of the most amazing weekends of the entire year. I met a lot of people and got to learn a lot about myself in the process. And it's funny how different everyone is when they are taken out of what they're used to and put into a different environment. Realistically, if I were to have met any of the people I met at camp or seen them on the bus in the city, I would not have talked to them or approached them unless they approached me, but at camp, it's different. Everyone loves everyone before they even know you. There is no tensions between anyone, and everyone just assumes you're an awesome person before speaking to you. It's weird. I wish people were like that more often. It makes things less weird between people, and there's no presumptions about anyone. Everyone's just enough as they are.
Best Friends
I'll be honest and say that I truly believe I do not have any best friends. Though there are many people that have come very close, and even a few that I have called my best friend, I believe that nobody in my life is worthy of such a title. I don't feel like any body knows who I really am. And I truly don't feel like anybody wants to know who I am. I think that sometimes I'm fun to be around, my friends tell me I am hilarious, but nobody truly wants to be around me.. And frankly, I don't blame them. I don't really want to be around me either. But I don't really have a choice. For now I'll just have to put up with the people that think they know everything, and allow them to feel close to me, but I'd be lying if I said I had a best friend.
